  • Outside Nairobi: 1–3 business days depending on location

💰 Delivery Charges

  • Nairobi: Free or charged depending on location and product size
  • Outside Nairobi: Charges vary based on distance and courier rates

Delivery cost is always confirmed before dispatch.

📞 Order Confirmation All orders must be confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

  • Outside Nairobi: Full or partial payment may be required before dispatch

📍 Delivery Conditions

🛑 Inspection & Acceptance (IMPORTANT) Customers are required to inspect items at the point of delivery and confirm condition before accepting. Once accepted, the product is considered delivered in good condition.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Any damage or issue must be reported immediately at delivery

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side

📦 Special Handling Bulky items require adequate space and access. Delivery teams are not responsible for structural limitations (e.g. narrow stairs, tight spaces).
