Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

At Mandela Mattresses, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

Product Confirmation
Customers bear full responsibility for confirming product specifications before delivery.
This includes:
Mattress size
Product type
Color or design

Exchanges
Incorrect mattress size orders delivered to the customer attract an exchange and redelivery fee ranging between KES 2,500 and KES 5,000, depending on the product condition and customer location.
Exchange requests must be made promptly and products must remain in good condition.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be submitted in writing.
If costs have already been incurred during order processing or delivery preparation, those costs may be deducted.

Refunds
Where refunds are applicable, they will be issued as store credit only.
Product Warranty
Some products include manufacturer warranties.
For example, Maharaja mattresses may include warranties of up to 5 or 7 years, depending on the product model.
Customers should retain their purchase receipt for warranty claims.
