URGENT FOOD DRIVE: Help Us Keep Our Children Fed ❤️
Today, we are reaching out with a very humble and urgent appeal. We desperately need food at Njeri’s Kabati.
Every single day, children at our home depend on us for three meals a day. We also support vulnerable children and families in our community who look to us for something to eat.
Right now, things are extremely difficult. Our food supplies are running low, and the needs keep growing. With the two-month school holiday now here, more children are depending on us, and we are worried about where the next food supplies will come from.
Today, we are asking for food. Not luxuries. Just food to keep our children fed. ❤️
Food items we urgently need
- Rice
- Maize flour
- Cooking flour
- Beans
- Ndengu
- Cooking oil
- Sugar
- Porridge flour
- Fresh vegetables, including sukuma wiki, cabbage, carrots and onions
- Toiletries and sanitary items
If you can spare a packet of rice, a kilogram of beans or ndengu, flour, cooking oil, sugar, porridge flour, or even a few vegetables, please help us.
If you would rather send a small contribution so we can purchase food, any amount helps. KSh 50, KSh 100, KSh 200 or whatever you can manage will go a long way. Haba na haba hujaza kibaba.
We know times are hard for everyone, and we do not take your kindness for granted. It is heartbreaking to have children looking up to you for their next meal and not knowing where that meal will come from. Eh, ni ngumu. Please whisper a prayer for us too. 🙏🏾
